Day 1 Taq-i -Sarrafon

Today was the first day of our practice lesson.Our journey started at 12,in the afternoon. We meandered to one of the city’s centers, the Labi Hauz, or the gathering place around the pond


.Our destination for today was Taq-i-Sarrafon,while crossing the Lyabi Hauz pond we have learned.


 We continue our visit with one of the three remaining covered markets of the city, Taq-i Telpaq Furushon. Our teacher Matluba Axmedovna told us the purposes and functions of the building:To prevent the summer heat and unbearable winter winds in Asia, the steady stone vaults as Ancient Trading Domes In Bukhara and in many Turkestan cities became very helpful.



It is very famous for the domed roof. Now it's the place of tourist shops, but in the past, each of these markets was specialized in a kind of supplies (knifes, clothes, hats...). 

I was very inspired by that Domes and the function it contains in himself.

  Khoja Mohammed Babai Samosi мая 11, 2023  Khoja Mohammed Babai Samosi - a representative of the Khodjagon-Nakhshbandia order, the fifth of the 7 feasts of Bukhari (13th century). He studied with Khoja Ali Romitani and after his death led the Khojagan Order. When Bahauddin Naqshband was born, he adopted him as a spiritual child and gave birth to Sayyid Mir Kulol.   Today was the first day of our practice lesson.Our journey started at 13:30,in the afternoon. We meandered to one of the city’s centers, the Labi Hauz, and from there all together went to our today’s destination -medrese of Abdulaziz-khan. Firstly,our practice teacher told us what daily work we should do during our 2 weeks practice:blogs,presentations,diaries and etc.And after getting acquainted we entered inside of the medresse The entrance was massive rectangular pillar with ornate arches decreasing in size until a regular human size wooden arched door appears. On either side of the entrance, two rows of arches stacked on top of each other. Every free space is covered in tiles of striking blues, greens, oranges, and gold. They come together to form beautiful Islamic script.There we have heard one interesting legend about the mosque. Day 5 :7 saints of Bukhara

  There are seven sacred Sufies in Bukhara.  And today we decided to visit all of them in a day .As a rule the tour starts from the grave of 1) Sheikh Abdul-Khaliq Abd Al Gijduvani , who founded School of the Central Asian Sufism. He always took a view that every imam must have his own job. There is Ulugbek madrasah near the new mosque, where pilgrims can pray.   2)   Muhammad Arif Ar Revgary began to learn Sufizm very early. When he was 19, he taught philosophy. His manuscript "Nafahat ul-uns" and "Arifnoma" are the only written evidences about the life of the famous Sufi. Having read his works, it is clear that Haja Arif Revgary was one of the most worthy successor of traditions and practices “Hadzhagana” 3) Hoja Mahmud Anzhir Fagnavy   was a famous Sufi of his time.
